Scope The following General Terms and Conditions regulate the business relationship between Your Nutrition GmbH, based in Switzerland, and its customers.

Conclusion of contract By ordering products on our website or by placing a written order, a legally binding contract is concluded between Your Nutrition GmbH, based in Switzerland, and the customer.

Purchase and delivery The customer accepts the terms and conditions by placing an order and thereby enters into a contractual relationship with Your Nutrition GmbH. The binding purchase contract is concluded when the ordered goods are dispatched. Orders received by 2:00 p.m. are usually delivered by Swiss Post on the next working day. The shipping costs are CHF 9.00 and are to be borne by the customer. Delivery is free for orders over CHF 99.00.

Prices and payment The prices for our products are given in Swiss francs. Payment is made by bank transfer, credit card or Twint. The payment period is 30 days. In individual cases, we reserve the right to only deliver against advance payment.

Late payment Any reminders will be sent to the registered customer email address. From the 3rd reminder onwards, a fee of CHF 15 will be charged.

Warranty We guarantee that our products are free from material and manufacturing defects. Should a product nevertheless be defective, the customer can contact us within 5 days of receiving the goods and return the defective product. We will credit the product or replace it with a new one.

Right of withdrawal The customer has the right to cancel his order within 5 days of receiving the goods. To do so, he must send us a written declaration by email or letter. The goods must be returned to us within 5 days of cancellation. The customer bears the costs of the return shipment.

Place of jurisdiction All legal relationships between the customer and Your Nutrition GmbH are subject to Swiss law. The place of performance and jurisdiction is the respective registered office of Your Nutrition GmbH. Your Nutrition GmbH is, however, entitled to sue the customer at the competent court of his or her place of residence.
