  • How do I add new questions & answers?
    To add a new FAQ, follow these steps: Click on the “Manage FAQ” button. Then click “Add” in your site management and select the “Question & Answer” option. Each new question & answer should be assigned to a category. Save and publish these. You can edit your FAQ, reorder it, and select other categories at any time.
  • Can I add images, videos or GIFs to my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media, follow these steps: Go to the app settings. Click “Manage FAQ.” Create or select a question to add media to. When editing your answer, click the image, video or GIF icon. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can manage the title in the settings tab of the app. If you don't want to display the title, simply deactivate the title under "Show info".
